Free Trial User Data: If you have not created an account at PDFTables, you are an anonymous user. Any PDF you upload during the free trial is deleted within 72 hours. We use your IP address to calculate the number of pages remaining in your free trial.
PDF Data: By clicking the Convert a PDF
button, a user has given their consent
for us to process PDF data. A user who intends to convert a PDF containing personal
data must have permission to do so from the data owner.
Login Data: We collect your email address and name in order to send you transactional emails for activation, invoicing, password reset and so on. If you have consented, we will send you marketing emails. When contacting us via hello@pdftables.com, your email address is stored in Gmail. All users with access to this email account use two-factor authentication. If you would like your email address removed from Gmail, please contact us.
Payment Data: When purchasing our service, data required to carry out the transaction will be shared with necessary regulated third parties (Xero, Stripe). Your data will not be shared with any third party which is not named in our terms.
If you have entered any of your data incorrectly when creating an account, or if you would like us to delete your account and remove your data from our website, please contact us.
In our web service we only use your data in order to provide and improve the service we give to you. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
The service is securely hosted on Amazon Web Services, in its own Virtual Private Cloud.
All transactions are end-to-end encrypted between your browser and the server processing the data with HTTPS, which is the same technology you use to communicate with your bank. Transactions within our data center are also encrypted with the same means.
We will delete all data that you have uploaded and not retain any of it after 72 hours.
If you would like to make a Subject Access Request (SAR), please submit a contact form with the topic set to 'Subject Access Request'. We will fulfill this request with 1 month unless we believe the request to be manifestly unfounded or excessive. If this is the case, we will tell you within 1 month. You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority and to a judicial remedy.
We do not disclose your data to advertisers under any circumstances.

Our servers never handle credit card information.
We use Stripe, a regulated payment provider which handles billions of dollars each year.
You can choose the “remember me” option during checkout, and Stripe will remember your credit card details. This is useful if you want to buy multiple packs of pages.
If you want to delete your payment credentials, stop storing information using Stripe checkout, or change your settings, you can send an email to support@stripe.com.
PDFTables.com puts small files (known as 'cookies') onto your computer to collect information about how you browse the site.
